The accountants, finance managers and money men. These people are responsible for the bottom line, and ensuring the business actually makes a profit! They like healthy margins and efficiency.
These are the delivery guys, the ones who translate an idea or concept into a finished product. They come in at the ‘crunch time’ so have to deal with a lot of pressure and expectation. The love clarity, honesty, timeliness and accountability.
Admin, officer managers, receptionists and other individuals we could not be without. As well as being key to the culture of a business, they are the do-ers who keep everything ticking over as it should.
The strategists and planners. These are the deep thinkers, who care about long-term plans, genuine insights and the bigger picture.
The creative types – designers, art directors, writers, digital creatives and so on. They love the thrill of coming up with new ideas, and need freedom and resources to do so. They hate being bogged down in admin.
